How do I book?

We take bookings over the phone via Facebook and via our booking form on our BOOK NOW page.

What are your opening times?

We are open

Hair & Make Up Appointments

To book a hair & make Up appointment please let us know what time you need to be ready for to ensure we allocate enough time for your treatments

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask for 24 hours notice period for all appointment cancellations , 48 hours for new sets of lash extensions & hair & make up bookings.

Without this notice 50% of your treatment price will be payable to re-book future appointments or booking fee/ deposit will be non – refundable.

In case of no-show – full treatment price will be charged to re-book future appointments.

For all new sets of lash extensions & hair and make up bookings, we require a deposit at time of booking.

For Lashes £20 deposit is required, this is non refundable unless reaction to patch test occurs, if cancelled before 48 hours deposit can be transferred to a future appointment within 2 weeks.

For all Make Up & Hair Package Bookings the deposit is £20 & £10 for Make Up Only bookings. This is time of booking which is non refundable 24 hours(  make up only ) / 48 hours ( hair & make up) notice cancellation.

If we can fill the cancelled space there is no cancellation fee.

We have these policies in place to be able to offer the best service to all our booked clients and clients on waiting / cancellation lists at busy times .
